
Ingredients:
- 230g purple sprouting broccoli
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Cu the woody ends of the broccoli and halve any thicker pieces lengthways. Put a single layer in a large roasting tin, drizzle with the oil and season Sprinkle over most of the chilli flakes and toss, then roast for 15 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve
