An autumnal dish

Ingredients:
- 600g Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp Garlic granules
- Olive oil
For the Mayo
- 2tbsp Mayonnaise
- Sriracha, as much as you like
- Harissa powder, as much as you want
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius (fan
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into batons of your preferred size
- Place them onto a roasting tray and or olive oil over generously, add salt, pepper, garlic granules, mixed herbs and then make sure they are evenly coated
- Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes
- Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha and harissa together in a pot and put aside for later
